Field Street Apartments

Field Street is an eight-storey mixed-use development located within the Central Market precinct of the Adelaide CBD. The project combines two levels of hospitality and restaurant uses with student accommodation above, complemented by a rooftop recreation space for residents.

The student housing model supports a highly efficient urban outcome, minimising the need for car parking while maximising the site’s development potential. Separate vertical circulation cores clearly define the hospitality and residential uses, with careful planning and coordination resolving significant authority servicing requirements within a constrained ground floor footprint.

The building adopts a load-bearing precast concrete structure articulated through a striking geometric façade pattern. A textured podium expression responds to the surrounding streetscape, establishing a strong connection to the character and scale of the precinct.
