Lutheran Homes Glynde is the refurbishment and renewal of an existing residential aged care community, delivering contemporary upgrades to shared amenities, resident accommodation and community spaces.

The project delivers a series of carefully considered upgrades across the existing facility, including a refurbished residential wing, café, community hall and village store. The design approach focused on enhancing the day-to-day resident experience through improved comfort, accessibility and connection. Social spaces were carefully designed to encourage interaction and strengthen connections between residents, families, staff and visitors, while careful planning supports operational efficiency and long-term adaptability.

A refined material palette, increased natural light and contemporary interior detailing create a warm and welcoming environment that supports comfort, familiarity and social connection throughout the community.
