HR and PR are quite different things but both fall under Ren’s remit, along with broader communication and presentation responsibilities. Ren is instrumental in managing, supporting and developing our team as well assisting us in connecting with and presenting to our numerous stakeholders. With a genuine compassion for people and strong personal communication skills Ren orchestrates our in house mentoring and coaching programmes as well as formal HR and compliance management.
