121 Greenhill Road

Creating a physical connection between the buildings at 120 and 121 Greenhill Rd was a main focus of this base build project.  The works included a link, floor to ceiling glazing insertion, End of Trip facilities, and a new entrance canopy. Floor to ceiling glazing on Level 01 has maximised the natural light and creates beautifully framed views of the trees and Park Lands opposite. The End of Trip facilities are contemporary and highlight the importance GPA Engineering places on supporting staff interests and wellbeing. Construction was staged, allowing GPA Engineering to remain operational throughout.
