Butler Town Centre

Design
As Perth continues to grow, so to does its need for regional retail town centres. Butler Town Centre provides convenient food and merchandise retail, as well as a casual dining precinct within an all new main street based precinct. Working with a site that was a clean canvas at the very northern end of the Perth train network, Architect Wade Kampes spent many months in Perth working with the client group on designing a contemporary coastal centre for the new suburbs of Perth’s north. This project also saw the creation of Brown Falconers Perth based operations, with the project construction overseen by our very own Perth local, Michael Jorgensen.
