A redevelopment of Port Canal Shopping centre had been on the cards for many years, when finally the combination of Brown Falconer and Badge Construction came together to work with the client Precision Group on a significant redevelopment of one of Adelaide’s oldest shopping Centres. Port Adelaide Plaza was born with the addition of an Aldi supermarket along with new mall, 52 specialty shops as well as specialist medical and gym spaces. Brown Falconer navigated the historic context of Port Adelaide, a volatile retail environment and a fully operational centre throughout to deliver a centre that really has changed the face of the Port Adelaide retail experience.
