Our clients vision of ‘Uncommon Living’ and unique experiences within The Switch, is the cornerstone of the innovations achieved in the design. Room layouts are efficient and compact but still allow the resident to maximise their social and living experiences.
The wardrobe is not just for clothes but also a visitor seat, study, storage and media time. The lobby is designed for ever changing pop ups. One day a coffee cart, one day set up as an orientation lounge, another week a barbershop – agile space that can flex depending on the desire of residents.
Clever and simple, design thinking that is a little outside the box, applied to maximise the benefit for The Switch community and an excellent return for the developers undertaken for a relatively modest investment.
